ACA Under 13 Tour to Chile
The Argentine Cricket Association toured Chile with an Under 13 Schools Team integrated by players from 7 different schools and clubs. St. Alban's had two representatives on the team, Juan Patricio Trabucco and Agustin Husain who was honoured with the Captaincy, and Mr. Paul Vibart was the manager of the team. Both our lads excelled in the three games played against the Chilean Selection which were won, and returned with a baggage of experience and new friends.
Sergio Vigil at SAC
The Head Coach of the Argentine Women's Hockey Team, Las Leonas, gave a fascinating talk on Values in Sport. Sergio Vigil and Gabriel Minadeo, Assistant Coach, mesmerized the audience with anecdotes and personal experiences which clearly illustrated what can be achieved with correct team spirit, clear goals, effort, patience and constancy. It was a night fully enjoyed by all, parents, students, staff and friends which continued until late with more anecdotes and stories.
We wish to thank Banco Societe Generale and Multimar S.A. for their generous collaboration towards this event.
