Service:
ACE is an independent national education advice centre which offers free and confidential telephone advice to parents every weekday. ACE helps explain the school system, formal procedures, and aspects of education law, particularly in the areas of admission and exclusion appeals, and special educational needs issues. ACE has a full range of publications and offers training to parents groups, governors, LEA officers and teachers.
