Bedfordshire Parent Partnership Service

The Parent Partnership Service is a statutory service set up to support parents and carers of children with Special Educational Needs. We offer impartial and independent advice, information and support including:

• information about the responsibilities of the school and the Local Education Authority
  
• advice and information about the assessment process
  
• help with any paperwork involved
  
• support to prepare for meetings and reviews
  
• practical support and advice on resolving disputes between parents and schools or the Local Education Authority when this is appropriate.
